1. Does it have "memory" for each student?
1a. Can this monitor a student's progress over several months? Example: John is trying to build a business and he's completing tasks over time and getting better, but needs support over several months.
1b. Does it remember each student's "challenges/issues"? And recommend alternatives?
For example, let's say John is having issues with cold calling. He absolutely hates it. Will the system remember that John hates cold calling and recommend alternatives for marketing his business? Comparatively, if Suzanne loves cold calling, will the system remember this and encourage Suzanne to do more cold calling?

The main goal of the chat is to ask the user challenging questions and not to tell them what to do. However, Rocky will rather remember that John has a challenge with cold calling and then follow-up on this in future chats.
We will add a customer profile feature into the coach panel by mid of September, so that it can be also utilized in the AI chats as additional memories.
