Q: Is there a way to customize the individual account?
I like the idea of using this, but prefer to be able to update the knowledge base of my AI coach. For instance, I could feed it both information about me, my company, previous problems, and then perhaps load it with notes from a book I read that I want to implement. I'm not looking at this as an option to become a coach, I just like the idea of an AI agent doing this for me. Is this an option?

Indeed, this is very interesting to give the options for individuals to customize their own individual coach.
We do not have this feature yet, but will consider elements to add further personalisation of knowledge into our product.
