Q: Voice + User Quantity (aka coachees)
1. What does Rocky.ai use for the AI coach's voice? Can I use Eleven Labs?
2. I am finding it difficult to understand how many coachees a business (coach) can have. Basically, I am asking how many users of the coaching app one business can have. Is there a limit? And if there is, at what cost?

You have the pre-purchased users seats based on the tiers which are reusable licenses.
In addition you can buy unlimited additional seats on demand. The price for each user starts at US$10 per user per month and then you get volume discounts of up to 80%.
Our voices are the latest AWS poly voices. We are considering to allow you your own voice and avatar in future (2nd HY 2025)
