Helpful and Fun!

In action, this app is a pleasure to use. Before purchasing T3, I wanted to try it as a user and downloaded it from the AppStore. Because it is interactive, I find it easy to use, it captures my attention, and I look forward to the interaction.

From a coaching perspective, post purchase, I was confused as to where to start. Immediately, I sought to meet with someone to see where to start and get guidance. It was refreshing to have easy access to support and the ability to schedule an appointment right away. Knowing this, I returned today to grab a few more tiers, however, the app is sold out!

I highly recommend this app. It is easy to customize and fun to work with as I develop it for my clients to use. As a non-techie-techie, it is also good to know I have the support needed to work through my questions and toward my vision.

An Excellent, Innovative AI Coaching Platform with Huge Potential

Rocky.AI is a game-changer for coaches, mentors, and educators looking to scale their impact. After speaking with Harry, the owner, and exploring the platform myself, I’m genuinely impressed with where this is headed. The AI is not just a gimmick; it’s a powerful tool that actually delivers on its promise of coaching.

What I Love:

- AI Coaching: The AI is incredibly intuitive and effective. It gathers information seamlessly and creates mentoring sessions that feel personalized and insightful.

- Content Integration: You can add your own content, like PDFs and videos, and the AI scrapes and uses it intelligently to enhance the coaching experience.

- AI Agents (Coming Soon): Harry shared an exciting vision for the future, including AI agents that allow for step-by-step coaching, soundboarding (perfect for creating sales pitches or simulating conversations/ for public speaking, investor pitches, conflict resolutions, objection handling, role-playing scenarios, etc, etc... ), and a more traditional course-based style. These additions will take the platform to the next level.

Potential for More Styles: While the current focus is on mentoring and course-based coaching, I’d love to see consulting and teaching styles added in the future—something I shared with Harry, and it aligns with the platform’s potential to evolve.

We are very excited and also thank you so much for teasing the new agents coming into the place.

As you add new coaching program and Quests (modules) you will be able to add specific agent instructions on Quest level. So if the coaching quest is about improving job interviews for example and agent could be an interview simulation.

We will share in the coming weeks the updates on the agents and are looking forward for many new use-cases of scaling the white label AI coaches. 😊

Great idea and yet too complex for emotional topics

I'm a coach myself and was excited about this product and its potential. And my 60 days are over and i had to make a decision and from playing with it for 10 minutes had the issues that there is too much complexity in the end-user UI to give it to one of my clients.
In a way I need hardly any choice and just a focus on a single chat that is focused on a check-in, accountability and inspiration and maybe highlighting things for the client to share with their coach. So that it becomes a space where they feel emotionally held. When i shared something vulnerable with the UI it seemed to come back to the things it was tasked with instead of allowing and then weaving in the emotional tangent into an overall goal. I'm happy to check back in at a later time

Thanks for the feedback. Indeed the main strength of Rocky AI is the soft skill coaching and mentoring aspect while it also touches to a certain degree more sensitive topics, but tries indeed to connect it with solution-oriented approaches and not to be a therapist.

But two great news for you 😃

1. You have now the option as creator to adjust the elements of the UI screens and reduce or extend the features presented to your users of your white label app. (This feature is online since a few days)

2. Soon you will be able to design agents for each Quest (Coaching module) level that go more specific into the direction that you design it for. This can be a teacher agent, a job interview simulation and many many more. (Launching in March)

Where is support and my Tier 3 purchase?

This is the second time I've tried Rocky AI, and it looks like the second time I will have to return it. I'm not able to access my Tier 3 purchase and support has not responded to my emails.
You can count the negative comments I've written here on half the fingers of one hand (out of A LOT of purchased deals), but my mind is boggled by this lack of responsiveness. Looks like I'll need to return it - again.

very unfortunate... We waited for your reply to our team, but you did not, so now we can comment this!

First of, you have used an account that was already cancelled before. This use-case does not comply with the auto-activation of new AppSumo license in our system implementation. In general the auto license-creation flow works for those users who do not have yet an account anyway in our system. You could have added simply the license manually in the profile settings of our app, but seems you have been too busy to do this.

Instead you messaged us via our public general info email, which is all cool. We replied within 1-hour on that email and gave you instructions! The day after you wrote this comment, we then sent you another time, on 5 different channels, an email to share again the instructions, even showing you proof that we reacted within one hour. You then messaged a day later that you do not care anymore.

So despite understanding that you have been stressed that day, giving us an review telling the world, that we do not react and do not give support, is simply wrong, misleading and not deserved.

However, please reach out to us via email, the in-app support system or directly at hello@rocky.ai or book a service and consulting meeting with us via our website, that is free of charges to all our partners, so that we can give you close guidance.
