Q: No one responding

Hello,

i have purchased the role.so on 16-Sept-2024 and my team is trying to connect with yours. once they reschedule and then absolutely no response. We want to understand some configuration and integration details.

With this kind of post sale service, i dont think we can use or recommand this system to anyone.

Is someone listening here?

I've replied to Divyangi to your latest queries (she was CC-ed into the emails), you might want to check with her perhaps. Last email from her was on 14 Oct 2024, 13:49 and I replied on
14 Oct 2024, 19:06 - however there was no reply from either of you since then.
