Q: Are we down again? or is Rollout dead? All of my projects disappeared....

Every project I have done is now gone. No response from the team (that is pretty standard). That is unfortunate.

Q: Are we down again?

Or is this time permanent? Haven't seen the whole site down ever. Lots of down time but never this bad.

Q: How can I fix submenu errors and correctly add new pages?

Hi everyone,
I created a one-page website with Rollout, which worked well at first. However, I’m having major issues when trying to create a submenu or add new pages like an imprint or privacy policy. The AI often doesn’t accept my inputs anymore, shows errors, or creates duplicate and incorrect content.
My questions:

How can I fix the submenu errors?
What is the recommended way to add an imprint and privacy policy as new pages?
I would really appreciate any tips or a step-by-step guide!

Q: This looks great but.....

Hi as in the title initially this looks great and i generated what i thought was a great web page with so many features i didn't know i actually needed, now here's the but...

NONE of the features actually work, the upload image options, save option generate QR code options and just about every feature that is listed, none of them work??

.. is this because I'm running in a demo mode or does it not actually make the features it designs ?

I sure hope I'm doing something wrong because if these funtions would work then please take my money, if not then why design them for me in the web page?

A: Thanks for pointing that out! Just a heads-up — to add images, make sure you're working with a section that supports them (an image container must already exist). If it’s not working as expected, try using the AI Edit feature, which can help reshape sections properly. We're actively improving the platform, and any glitches will be addressed — feel free to contact us anytime at contact@rollout.site.

Q: Extended access not finishing

I recently purchased this product after seeing the announcement about extended access a few days ago, and I still see it available.

It's crucial for me that these deadlines are strictly adhered to, as I rely on them for planning the usage of certain LTDs once the deal is finalized.

This situation is quite disappointing.

A: Thanks for bringing this up. The availability and timeline of extended access are managed directly by the AppSumo team — we recommend verifying the details with them for the most accurate and up-to-date information.

A: We're always working on enhancements, and features like database storage support and expanded integrations are areas we're actively exploring. Stay tuned for updates as we continue to improve the platform.

Additionally, Rollout has recently introduced a leads functionality, which can be utilized for basic data storage and management within the platform. We are continuously working on enhancements and exploring the addition of more robust database support in the future. Stay tuned for updates as we strive to expand and improve our features.

Q: Database + Intergration with other platform !

Hi Rollout Team,

Love the service—clean and effective! Just wondering:

Will you be adding database storage support?

Any plans for integrations with other platforms (e.g, APIs, webhooks)?

These would make Rollout way more powerful. Thanks!

Q: Modify text and call to action?

Are we able to modify the text and call to action links? I tried it and works great. My only concern being, I cannot click on the text to edit it... I need to instruct AI to modify the text, and it barely works and you have to publish each time you make a change, which is very cumbersome... Also, I clicked on forms and there were forms with random names, I haven't even created a form yet and still, looks like other people's forms are in the dropdown... can we hook the form to a webhook? what form integrations will be available to the three different tiers?

- Adding point click edit feature, using which field will become editable inline if you trippple click the text

Also, I clicked on forms and there were forms with random names, I haven't even created a form yet and still, looks like other people's forms are in the dropdown... can we hook the form to a webhook? what form integrations will be available to the three different tiers?
- That feature is under Beta, expect little hiccups

A: The performance concerns you're noticing with Rollout-built websites like nexocircle.com are actually quite common across modern web frameworks. While it might seem like these sites are consuming excessive resources, this is typically due to several factors:

Modern websites often use JavaScript frameworks that prioritize developer experience and rapid development over absolute performance optimization. These frameworks provide powerful features but can come with overhead.

Many sites now include sophisticated animations, transitions, and interactive elements that improve user experience but require more processing power.

Websites today commonly load analytics, tracking scripts, and third-party integrations that run in the background, consuming additional resources.

The perception of "high resource usage" is relative - what seems high on your particular device might be perfectly reasonable on newer hardware. Web development increasingly assumes more powerful client devices as the baseline.

Unless you're experiencing actual performance problems (like lag, crashes, or battery drain), the resource usage you're seeing is likely within normal parameters for modern websites. Most users won't notice these resource allocations during normal browsing.

Rather than focusing on resource metrics, a better measure is whether the site delivers the experience and functionality it's designed for. If nexocircle.com is functioning smoothly for its intended audience, the implementation is likely appropriate for its purpose.

Q: why does every website from rollout use high amount of resources ?

your homepage or any website created using rollout seems to use a

high amount of gpu amd/ or cpu resources compared to any other builder.

Q: Your Website pricing for the Business plan says "Advanced web apps" & the Unlimited plan says "All project types"

What is the difference in project types and how does this effect buyers for this offer?

Will people that purchase Tier 2 be able to create the same types of "web apps" & "project types" as those on Tier 3?

A: Advanced web apps = Webapps which contains third-party API usage such as Coingecko/Weather API

All project types = There would be types of project for which we need to create our own APIs, host them, build backend etc in order to fulfil the custom future requirements that would be the tier three

Q: Great site but trying to get a question answered

Great site you built. Congrats. But the chatbot answers leave much to be desired, and emailing your contact@rollout.site does not elicit a response. I want to use your system, but trying to get basic questions answered that are not on the support page makes me frustrated. As such, I thought I would reach out here. What is the best way to get real, non-AI help besides the support page?

Q: Images Improvements

Dear Rollout,

I like the product also owning tier 3. After somuch our updates aimproments to bring stebility.
I can see the lack of creativity and generic reuse of same image over and over ruining the design. It's not like this when it's started. what happened?

Unsplash or other free image directories can help you with images,

As an AI user for long time, I have an advise from my experience, over tuning kills the creativity, please re write the base model prompts to reignite the cerativity back to the original.

I am waiting for the backend functionality, will this come soon or can expect next year?

A: Third party API integration functionality is already live, try creating something that uses third party APIs such as Coingecko's crypto currency pricer checker API.

Writing your APIs, that would solve custom req is pretty complex and we can not comment anything on the timeline yet, but we're on it.

A: As an agency, each project in your plan typically represents one complete website or web experience you create using the platform.

If you need more projects than your current plan allows, you can:

Upgrade your license tier to get a higher project limit.

Archive or delete unused projects to free up space.

Contact support if you need a custom plan tailored for higher project volume.

A: Yes, your websites are hosted on our servers. If you have the 3-project plan, it means you can create and host up to 3 separate websites under that plan.

(Hopefully the translation below is correct.)
