Q: Is this deal still live? No more Customer Support?
This is an INCREDIBLE product with some MAJOR issues. One of them being, there is no real support. Yesterday (3-5-25) I was trying to figure out why the website wouldn't publish. AT THAT TIME, there WAS a button on their bottom menu. That led to a Bot9 (this is another product they created). So, at no point, was a human ever involved. I am cool with that...but...it is now 6:29 pm...more than 24 hours later...and nothing. Also note that I said there WAS a button to contact support...or at least a bot that was "supposed" contact a real human. The email came from BOT9...that's weird bro. I knew, most ppl won't...
I am this close to leaving a 2-STAR Review. It is one thing to have almost no documentation on your product, no roadmap (typically a HUGE red flag)...but this support...or lack thereof makes me think they are closing their doors.

I know it's incredibly frustrating when a website builder doesn't publish correctly, and it's even worse when you can't get timely help. Summit... Your product is INCREDIBLE. I rarely write reviews but when I do they are only due the best products I've purchased. You have the Thing.

SSL certificates keep failing. Or it publishes then... Well it unpublishes somehow and the SSL fails again.
