Roundups launched at the start of 2025 and thanks to early success on AppSumo, we've continued to invest in the product to help marketers, bloggers, and creators evolve in the age of AI. 

Creating product roundups with affiliate monetization has always been a manual pain, so we've automated the entire workflow.   

In seconds, we output high value, high converting content with the speed of AI, but with the quality of a human editor, boosting SEO and turning content into commerce. The biggest additions we've made recently: 

1. Goal-driven content: We now auto generate, format, and output content aligned to different business goals, whether it's to rank well in Google with long form product research reports, or you have a newsletter and want to generate light weight product insights that will engage repeat readers with your quick "Picks".

2. API: We just released an API and tools that make it easy for more technical oriented users to programmatically generate product Roundups.

We're migrating to a "Credit System" for the benefit of all users. It gives you more flexibility, while making it easier to scale the Roundups.ai roadmap as we continue to add new features.

MOVING FORWARD...

All users on all tiers will have access to all features on our Pro plan.

You won't be limited by the number of Roundups, or number of products per Roundup. You're limited by the amount of credits you have to create Roundups ,add products to Roundups, and access premium features that enhance your Roundup:

Tier 1 = 1,700 Credits per month

Tier 2 = 16,000 Credits per month

Tier 3 = Unlimited credits per month. Huge bonus, especially as we add more features that require credits.

Credits reset monthly. They do not roll over.

If you consume all of your credits in a month and need more credits (Tier 1 and Tier 2 users only, you can buy a "Credit Pack" which is a 1-time purchase (not a subscription). These credits never expire.

NOTE: There is a hard limit of 50 products per Roundup at every Tier, but Roundups that long are not engaging for an audience, and will produce poor results. Consider what you would want to get out of a Roundup as a reader.

I'm Josh, co-creator of Roundups. Since we launched Roundups (https://roundups.ai) the reception has been incredible, so we've been continuously iterating to deliver on promised plans and goals.

Our main goal is to prove that the best way to build a profitable blog in 2025 is to focus on generating content of value to both readers and Google.

Delivering high value content has always been a goal for SEO, but in the age of AI, it's mission critical. Google seeks to remove AI-generated content and most AI writers on the market generate content that offers zero value.

Product roundups though consistently rank highest in Google SERPS because product research requires effort and product insights deliver value to a reader.

Just search for "Father's Day gift ideas". Every result on page 1 is a roundup.

Our platform doesn't just generate reviews though. We generate buying guides that typically require a lot of effort to create and when you publish and share these guides, you can both monetize content AND pass the SEO test by delivering content of value to an audience.

Our next goal is to prove to product brands that there remains a large community of affiliate marketers that want to write about products and are using Roundups.ai to achieve better results, faster.

We think Roundups can serve as much needed bridge between product brands and affiliate marketers by using AI in new ways to produce these results.

For example, instead of just giving out trackable links, brands can empower affiliate marketers with tools to create content that can show bias towards their products over other products and influence buying decisions.

Brands already like to showcase how their products stack up against their competitors, and Roundups can give brands a platform to better empower and reward affiliates they seek to engage.

Hey everyone,

We just released a new and exciting feature! You now have the ability to import any publicly accessible product into Roundups. This gives you unlimited potential for content creation and earning affiliate commissions, as you simply drop in a URL (Could be an affiliate link) and we'll import product data for you and generate a Roundup with your affiliate links.

You'll need to import one product at a time but each product you import will be accessible for future Roundups you create. No need to wait for us to know if we'll support an integration with a specific product source or affiliate platform.  We now support millions of products across the web.

We'll use the collective knowledge of the products users import to determine our next direct integration. For example, if a lot of users import Clickbank products, we'll prioritize a Clickbank direct integration next.  Until we add a direct integration, you can still import and monetize any product from any source we can crawl.

Current limits on importing products are as follows:

Tier 1:  10 / month

Tier 2:  50 / month

Tier 3: 500 / month

You're all awesome so we wanted to thank you for your support by sharing a Roundup of things we're committed to adding before the end of the LTD.

First though, we recently added custom CTA buttons that can be translated into any language, and we made comparison tables more responsive. We also released a WordPress Plugin to make 1-click publishing easy for people who couldn't connect their blog.

Here is what comes next....

1. More Direct Data Sources

Amazon, AppSumo, and.....Envato is next because these digital products are perfect for Roundups, and they are powered by the same affiliate platform as AppSumo so monetization is turnkey.

2. Shopify, Etsy, Fivver, and Other Data Sources

If you have an affiliate link already, just drop it in. Create buying guides with millions of products across the web from Shopify stores, Fiver listings, etc..

3. More Control Over Content Output

We'll show you the content areas that AI wants to focus on before it writes up a Roundup,  but you get to decide what it writes about without requiring prompt engineering skills.

4. Optimized Output By Platform

Comparison tables are cool, but Medium doesn't support tables. You'll be able to tell us before we generate a Roundup if it should be optimized for WordPress, Ghost, Medium, Email Newsletters, etc.. We'll maximize your time with output optimized for your target audience.

5. Roundup Editing Tools

So you've generated a Roundup but you want to resize, or replace images, add and remove products without starting over. We agree! Stay tuned!
