A: One image right now, but we have access to all of the images from a listing and we're going to give you a tool to change the image in the Roundup and resize it too. Stay tuned.

Q: Please elaborate on this disclaimer of yours.

There is this Warranty Disclaimer in your terms page which I don't really understand and it seems like a huge red flag and a valid reason for immediate refund. Can you please elaborate on this and explain it thoroughly?

Taken form your website https://roundups.ai/terms:

"Warranty Disclaimer

Roundups shall not be held liable for any direct or indirect loss or damage associated with an alteration or suspension of or interruption in access to the Service, the accuracy or inaccuracy of data, or your inability to access the Service for any reason whatsoever."

A: This is all standard boiler plate terms for SaaS. If you see red flags it's mostly likely because you bought some other LTD in the past and they screwed you over (like they shut down and left you feeling buyer remorse in the past). I appreciate that you took the time to look at our TOS though and you're doing diligence!

I'll summarize it (without using AI)

1. You're buying something for life but that's a pricing model. Technology changes. We're currently using a couple of GPT language models. If we choose to switch to a different language model (new ones get released, or new providers like DeepSeek show up), and it makes sense for us to upgrade, we're going to do that and we're not obligated to get your input on those decisions. Every decision we make will be for the benefit of our users. Clearly we're not looking to make it harder for users to benefit from our service. If there is a major feature we need to deprecate because it doesn't make sense to continue to support it, and deprecating it would have a major impact on your business, then you would get a heads up several weeks, or months in advance. This is just how software companies work. Every software company works this way.

Regarding liability. The service is provided as is. We want you to access the service 100% of the time, but we have dependencies. If something stops working, it's not your fault, but it may not be our fault either. If you're a TikTok user and the government forces TikTok to shut down, you can't go take action against TikTok for your lost influencer opportunity. On a different note, we're using OpenAI. If a Roundup doesn't accurately output data to your expectations, it's also not our fault because language models hallucinate and it's not our AI. It's our dependency to deliver a service. If Google decides to change it's ranking algorithm for content, it's not our fault either. It's a dependency we don't have any control over. In short, we're not liable for anything. Don't email us and complain about your lost revenue, because your lost revenue is your lost satisfaction with our service. The service is delivered as is, and those are perfectly reasonable and industry standard expectations.

Q: “All future product sources”

Hi, this is mentioned as included for all tiers. But I’ve noticed people saying they’d upgrade to tier 3 for Clickbank, etc. Just confirming that wouldn’t be necessary to get access to clinkbank, right?

A: Good question! An upgrade to Tier 3 would motivate us to add Clickbank sooner rather than later. That said, the deal does say that all future product sources will be available under any of the paid plans, so if Tier 3 is a stretch, no worries at all, you'll get access to Clickbank when we add it.

A: We're working on a WP plugin to address the issue when Application Passwords are blocked by Wordfence and other security plugins. It will be available in a few days.
