Q: Feedback on Roundups – Key Improvements Needed
Hi.
I've been testing Roundups with Tier 2 to explore its capabilities. The concept is great, but I’ve noticed a few areas that could use improvement:
SEO Ranking: Avoid AI-generated jargon and unnatural phrasing to improve search visibility.
Book Generation: The output feels flat—it should include a book cover for a more polished result.
Advanced Roundups: The current functionality is quite basic. I can achieve similar results using my own AI Agent, so I'd love to see more advanced features.
Could you share where these improvements fit into the roadmap? Looking forward to your thoughts.
Best,
Marcus

SEO: This is harder than it looks. On one hand, I think we could enhance our prompts with something like "Avoid AI-generated jargon and unnatural phrasing to improve search visibility", but some people actually wanting longer bloated reviews full of jargon. On the other hand if you add lots of products, and were to have a lot of detail for each product on a page, it looks unnatural and AI generated. I'm thinking we could add a user setting in the flow, where we let the user decide between:
- Concise
- Balanced
- Detailed
What do you think?
Book Generation: Are you generating book reviews? I agree about the book cover for the cover image;. We're working on expanding the cover image feature so it's more flexible to support that. We're also adding more flexibility in the output so it's more dynamic, or at least giving you more control over what sections gets generated in the output. I wish I could include images in these responses to show what that would look like, but we do have an extensive roadmap we're managing here, and feel free to add suggestions to it so we can constantly improve.

Honestly, Roundups is actually a big platform with an endless Roadmap and there is so much we want to build and so much our users want us to build. This feedback is very helpful. We just need to manage it all and prioritize deployment of enhancements.

Thanks for your response to my feedback! Regarding AI-generated content and your comment about "some people actually wanting longer, jargon-filled reviews," I believe there's a mix-up between AI content and product descriptions.
Firstly, search engines penalise typical AI-written content and use AI detectors. I’ve developed my own AI agent that generates content with 96-98% human-like quality.

About scraping product images, I think the best solution is to specify which image to scrape. Most product cover photos already feature 3D mockups or high-quality product shots, making them ideal for this purpose.
