Q: Original Tier 3 was 500 products import per month, it is now only 5000 credits per month with 100 credits/product
Original Tier 3 purchased on 2/14/25 was unlimited roundups with 500 product import per month. This new credit system assign only 5000 credits for product import, with 100 credits deducted per product import, its reduced to only 50 product import instead of 500 per month. You’ve reduced the tier 3 product import by 90%? Please review the credit limit (new system) and clarify why it’s reduced to only 10% of original purchase limit. I don’t believe that’s right.

Yes, please email support@roundups.ai. There isn't a limit on imports, or there shouldn't be, but at one point there was. Total cost to create a Roundup is 100 credits, but you have unlimited credits on Tier 3.
