Q: login question
i know this isn't really a product quesiton and more personal but i've purchased and tried logging in and its saying my password is wrong. i've reset the password multiple times and confirmed but still not logging in.
i also tried having the ai agent call me for help but when i answered it hung up...

Edited Jul 2, 2025A: Thanks for reaching out! Just to clarify, there isn’t a bug—there are actually two different types of logins for Routezilla: one for agency accounts and another for merchant accounts.
If you're trying to access your agency account, you’ll want to make sure you're using the Marketer Login. You can find it at the very top of our website, Routezilla.com, in the black header bar—it’s labeled “Marketer Login.” Or you can go directly to: https://marketing.routezilla.com/login
If you try to log in through the merchant login with your agency credentials, it won’t work and will show the warning you’ve been seeing.

Same here...logging into the account itself is a job and definitely has bugs...have reset the password 3 times now and keeps saying invalid again..plz fix it
