Q: Tier 3 Customer - Can't Login

Bought awhile ago, did the signup process with no problems, but now my credentials are invalid and your password reset does not work and support is ghosting me. What's up with Routezilla? Feeling like a major rug pull has happened here... please change my mind.

A: Routezilla uses two different logins (one for agency accounts and one for merchant accounts). If you’re trying to access an agency account, use the Marketer Login, https://marketing.routezilla.com/login (found at the very top of Routezilla.com in the black header or via the marketer login page). Trying to sign in at the merchant login with agency credentials will fail and show the invalid-password warning you’re seeing.

This was previously answered by Routezilla who said: there isn’t a bug — Routezilla uses two different logins (one for agency accounts and one for merchant accounts). If you’re trying to access an agency account, use the Marketer Login (found at the very top of Routezilla.com in the black header or via the marketer login page).
