Q: Hi there, okay so I got confused with the whole upgrade process - I had the 1 Code plan but want to upgrade to the top tier.
My account here on Appsumo was not working so I reached out to Appsumo support and they have cancelled the purchase I made - but now I cannot add it to cart again at the top tier. Can you help me please? I have credits in my account here in Appsumo which I need to use for the purchase. Many thanks.

I think once you refund a deal AppSumo does not allow you to re-purchase it... to be verified
