Yes you could do that but it would be like re-inventing the wheel
Instead you can do an automation that takes in a List of website URLS from a Google Sheet and uses RTILA to go a enter each URL website into https://builtwith.com/ and then come back and save the Tech/Info about each URL on your Google Sheet. Like we did for AioSEO see here: https://rtila.com/downloads/google-sheets-analyze-urls-with-aioseo/
You can download and then edit/adapt this template to use BuiltWith.com for instance and once you are stuck just export your automation project, zip it and send it over via ticket and we will help finalize it

you can use our clear cookies + switch browser identity (random switch between desktop, tablet and mobile) and if not enough you can use the Proxying feature so that each of your Builtwith connection/check will be done as a new visitor signature
