Q: Ive been watching many of your videos on line.

Rtila looks very impressive. I have 2 questions.
1. How does Rtila compare to hexomatic? I
2. Can I use Rtila to do desktop automation as well as web automations?

Will the Desktop/RPA functionalities you are launching around Q3 2024 be included in the AppSumo's LTD deal or is this something we would have to pay extra?
>>>
Most of the RPA functionalities will be made available for free to LTD users, except for a few when they require an external cost or use base expenses to us.

thank you for your good words

1. How does Rtila compare to hexomatic?
Different tools are very good at something and then ok for other things and the same goes for RTILA. But here are the main 3 points of differentiation that RTILA has versus almost all the other tools:
1) RTILA is super powerful, stable and low on resource consumption and I think un-beatable web scrapping capacity (can run for hundreds of hours and scrape million of data properties)
2) RTILA is super granular and more open as we have opened our custom command engine and you can develop/import/sell your own RTILA functionalities/commands (JS and NodeJS based)
3) RTILA vision is to empower you to monetize and make money and we are of the very few that offer a generic bot launcher and a bot compilation feature for your to convert your automations into standalone software that you can sell under your own brand and terms, we then also offer the Marketplace where you can sell DataSets, Bots, Custom Command, Courses and automation dev/advisory services.

2. Can I use Rtila to do desktop automation as well as web automations?
RTILA is primarily a web browser automation but we have more and more RPA and Desktop automation features being added.
2.1) Desktop/RPA functionalities we already have right now: Upload and download files. Select or create folders. Send emails. Take screenshots. Launch desktop Apps using command lines.
2.2) Desktop/RPA functionalities we will have in few weeks: Monitor file change in target folder. This will allow you to start a process using a Python or other scripts or RPA/Desktop software that would drop a given file into a given folder. RTILA can then pickup the file change and execute an automation flow and then rename/move/delete that file and or create a new file with the results.
2.3) Desktop/RPA functionalities we will have around Q3 2024: Integration with a good and preferably free or cheap Desktop Automation software like Power Automate or similar.

Let us know if this makes sense otherwise please let us know which specific features you want us to dive into

Thank you for such a quick response. Perhaps I'll share what Im hoping to achieve and you can let me know if its possible with Rtila:
Have a new client signup from Website1.com (Brilliant Directories) trigger Rtila into action
1. Go to Website_Number_2.com - open using my credentials.
2. Create a workspace in Website2.com for the new client who signed up at Brilliant Directories
3. Open a saved Microsoft Word Document and copy and paste certain text from the template I created into different fields of Workspace on Website2.com
4. Revert back to Website1.com (my cpanel in Brilliant Directories) and create a new CNAME record that will be based on the Client ID created in Brilliant Directories (ex. clientID.website.com)
Will something like this be possible?

Have a new client signup from Website1.com (Brilliant Directories) trigger Rtila into action
>>> Here you can either use our Cloud API and call an RTILA Webhook URL or best is to create a scheduled automation that checks for new directories entries every X minutes

1. Go to Website_Number_2.com - open using my credentials.
>>> This should not be a problem

2. Create a workspace in Website2.com for the new client who signed up at Brilliant Directories
>>>
If creating a workspace is done by clicking some links/buttons and entering/populating some text fields this is very much doable

3. Open a saved Microsoft Word Document and copy and paste certain text from the template I created into different fields of Workspace on Website2.com
>>>
This is not automation friendly. It is better to have each text paragraph into separate files, or seperate lines in a CSV file. And then create a conditional logic that if X happens then pull/use this or that text/csv file.

4. Revert back to Website1.com (my cpanel in Brilliant Directories) and create a new CNAME record that will be based on the Client ID created in Brilliant Directories (ex. clientID.website.com)
Will something like this be possible?
>>>
Yes we have done this before and you can create DNS records via cPanel
