I picked up rtila a little while ago, and I've been taking my time to go through the tutorials and really understand what it can do. I'm glad I did, because the more I use it, the more I realize how powerful this software is.
There's a bit of a learning curve, which is to be expected with a tool that has this much capability. However, the documentation and video tutorials are clear and helpful. Once you get the hang of the logic, you can start to see all the different ways you can automate tasks.
It's a very solid piece of software that does what it claims to do, and it does it well. If you're willing to invest a little time to learn it, you'll have a very valuable automation tool in your arsenal. I'm really happy with this purchase and can see myself using it for a long time to come.
The tool crashes when launched with Chrome and it wouldn't let launch with Edge at all (on Windows)
Customer support is bad too
No one attends the chat

Riley great to see this nice review, and although we still have some issues to iron out we are glad to see that you got a first set of results from your first automation with RTILA :-)
The specs and reviews show a lot of promise for this product, but in my case its been nothing but frustrating. Its almost a month since I purchased the agency plan but unable to get it working so far. Multiple tickets, emails and a comment in this forum later, there was a 1 hour live session to troubleshoot the issue and not much came out of it. I was told the issue is referred to tech team and should hear within 24-48hrs. Its been a week and more emails and opening tickets have no responses. I even cancelled other product to go with this. Now I am stuck and worst part is half of the trial period is gone. I hope someone from this company reads this, takes it serously and responds atleast now.

Dear simhalagnam25 As you know we are going through a difficult time after the June 6th Google Chrome forced update which created a lot of challenges especially for the older Intel Macs and the reason you did not get an answer yet is because we have delays in general support reactivity but also the fix for Mac OS old intel is not yet ready. The one for Windows we just finally pushed it 2 days ago....
Man, after only a few minutes post-purchase, I already see the UNLIMITED potential this platform has for my business, and my clients. The interface is clean, easy to understand and the owner makes very complex processes straight-forward to understand!
I'd give this 10 tacos if I could!!!
