Lots of Bugs and Clunky Interface. Huge learning curve
I would not recommend this product. Had for a few weeks, my devs had a hard time with it. I could not get a refund of it. Was totally disappointed. I do lots of automations. This is not the way to go.
Update:12/10/24 since pisting this review I have been harassed non stop by the founder. He has even called one of business lines that I did not disclose. I have all the emails documented and I will be adding a website link to see them as well as the call recording. He is clearly out of control. Do not do business with this company, the owner is clearly unhinged. Who knows what they will do with your information, who knows what information they are recording from your computer from their automations. I have been using app summo a long time. I’m not sure even app summo is part of this harassment at this point. I’m trying to get ahold of app summo to discuss this with them. If you know the founder of this company please get me his company name n location so I can report him. If you have done business with them I would be concerned. They have been masking their bad reviews. Since I would no capitulate to their demands and harassment I’m in fear of my own business n profile at this point. The founder Mohammed is clearly out of control and will do anything to remove my review. App summo help me!

I bought six codes, tried to activate the codes but my codes were not connected. I did upload the codes thru their website, following their published path, but the codes never appeared. I think the problem was that I should have registered in their website before uploading the codes, but that was not said in their instructions to redeem the codes. So I contacted support: no answer. Then I contacted support with Appsumo. They answered right away and after checking all what I said, also contacted RTILA. No answer. After a bit more than a week, I asked, and the Appsumo Support asked again. No answer from RTILA. Hopefully that could be changed. In the meantime I cannot value better the service. ADDED COMMENT: I want to add that the issue was solved and got fully clarification from the RTILA team. 5 Tacos for them. The tool is really awsome.

So I think rtila is a powerful bit of software but it is really hard to figure out how to use it, I bought it in 2023 had a little play gave up. Now I really need to automate something and have been messing about with it and reading docs and looking at videos for about 4 hours today and my head is spinning. IT IS NOT AS EASY AS THE VIDEOS SUGGEST. The record function doesn't work properly and seems to have difficulty pressing buttons (decides they are dropdowns) and using dropdowns, it seems to decide to use HTML instead of CSS most of the time (I could be wrong). I was a web designer and developer for 10 years so I know about CSS and HTML. The learning curve on this software is HUGE. DON'T EXPECT TO SIT DOWN AND CREATE AN AUTOMATION IN AN HOUR. I've knocked off a taco for the learning curve and a taco for the documentation and videos (If you want mass adoption of your software you really need to make it easier for a new user to jump straight in and get started, there appears to be no logic behind your documentation which leads to confusion (for me at least)). Things I would like to see with the software to unleash it's full potential 1. Better documentation 2. A button inside the software to update to the latest version (in this updated listing you are talking about V7 but I can't access V7 in my account on your website or through the software) 3. Better beginner videos

That said it seems that you have not yet benefited from our pro-active support as we help all our paid users with their first automation to shorten the learning curve and get a faster ROI and understanding of how RTILA works.
I'm a language teacher. I need to create texts and materials for my classes. I use AI to help me create texts more quickly. They give me the rough draft, then I added them to my liking and use them in my classes. But the problem is I teach too many lessons a week, and even though AI gives me a head start, I still had to create all texts one by one, choosing the topics and hoping the platforms — especially open AI's chat GPT — wouldn't crash. So you can see it was time-consuming. I bought this product after asking a question here and receiving a prompt answer from the creator of this product. Can I batch create texts? Sure! I need my API key and prompts. Then I tried it on my own. There is a learning curve, but the videos that I found on this topic were simple and easy to replicate. Now, I prepared one year's worth of content for my classes, across all levels. Of course, I still have to edit the output, but having all the content created in the first place makes my life so much easier. I went from spending one hour in preparing a class from scratch to 5 to 8 minutes of quick editing. I see that I can use the same process to create articles and other stuff. I don't use this product for web scraping yet, and although I see I will use it for automation in the future, most of the time I'm going to use it to speed up content production, and to that end this product is a lifesaver. Highly recommended.
