I Wish I Could Give 0 Tacos - No Support For Application Issues
I've arrived at the same conclusion an earlier reviewer did; RTILA is totally unusable due to application issues.
I've been waiting for five weeks to get a response from RTILA to my support ticket from January.
I opened another RTILA support ticket for a totally different issue three days ago. No response on that either.
In both cases, I've clearly pointed out an issue with their software and provided screen shots.
I also went over to their Skool Community thinking I could find the RTILA Team there. No dice. That was made read only. I wonder why.... LOL
Since I trusted both RTILA and AppSumo, I maxed out at six codes back in May 2025. I've come to understand that was an expensive mistake.
This is why I cancelled my Plus membership and will be very hesitant to buy anymore AppSumo deals in the future. Unfortunately, several of the AppSumo deals I purchased have been changed by the sellers significantly long after the deal closes, they ghosted buyers on support, or they completely shut down. I bought these for "future use" and got literally no use out of them.
The only way I can see AppSumo fixing this long term is to do chargebacks against these sellers and refund the buyers 100%.
For those wondering, AppSumo can force the Founders to sign a personal guarantee so that if the company closes up and runs away with the buyers' cash, they can sue the sellers personally to reimburse the buyers.
If that means the deals are only one year deals, I'm totally fine with that. It is a win for the buyers; they get to try the service out at a significant discount. It is a win for the sellers; they get new paying customers. It is a win for AppSumo; they get revenue.
The way it is currently, the sellers and AppSumo both get the "gold mine" and the buyers get the "shaft." This needs to change.

Mar 13, 2026Hi, this reply is not from Mohamed. I'm his co-founder and developer partner at RTILA, stepping in because he hasn't been able to handle his duties for a while now.
You have every reason to be frustrated, especially after investing in six codes. That shows real trust in what we're building, and we let you down. I'm sorry for that.
Here's what actually happened. We went through a really rough period behind the scenes that hit us hard as a small team. But even through all of that, the technical side never stopped. The real problem with V8 was that making it stable across all platforms turned out to be way harder than expected. Instead of continuing to ship something broken everywhere, we made the tough call to gather all the feedback we received and focus everything on Windows first to get it right.
That work is now coming together into a major upgrade called RTILA X, officially launching on April 10th. If you're on Windows, you can actually already try it here: https://github.com/rtila-corporation/rtila-releases/releases/tag/v8.2.0
I know a reply after weeks of silence doesn't fix anything on its own. All I can ask is that you give the new version a try when it drops, and judge us by what we deliver from here. If you run into any issues with the current build, reach out and I'll make sure it doesn't sit unanswered this time.
You trusted us with six codes. We owe you a product that works, and that's exactly what we're focused on delivering.
