Have you tried or watched videos of automation tools? Robomotion, Taskmagic, PythonRPA, Rtila? Well, I have. I found Robomotion way too complicated, PythonRPA looks promising, Taskmagic and Rtila both look great! Regarding these late 2 options, I see a superb advantage of Rtila: being able to create executable applications ".exe" files which I´m able to share/sell to other people to run in their computers without having to install any application as a platform for executing!
Well, I also feel more confident using a tool which is already mature in comparison to other newer ones which might not make it for the long term.

Regarding getting training to use the app, Taskmagic and Rtila have videos with instructions; however, Rtila also has some documentation and, what is better, started to create videos which guide you on how to start from the very beginning, not just random videos on ways to use the tool; koodos for this!

Last, but not least, the development team is very proactive; support questions are answered promptly and they even offer helping you with your first automation!

I highly recommend you give it a try and see for yourself what I mean.
