Hello Christian!
Can you tell if Team accounts will be included into any tier, and how many?
If you constantly tweak and update AI model, could you specify for what tasks and scenarios? What are it's most strong points (regarding product industries, flexibility, realism, etc.)?
I know you have a small team, not a great budget (according to publicly available information), not much subscribers so far, high ambitions and much inspiration at the same time. Hand on heart, would you say that current funds and maintenance expenses will provide at least couple of years of stable quality service? Doubts are connected with long awaited tutorials, roadmap, equal features for web-based and smartphone apps, tools and interface improvements... Some convincing, true words with details will be very helpful for all of us.

Thanks a lot for your attentive replies, Christian! Not much details though. But I understand that giving any promises, dates, exact list and order of improvements is not reliable or comfortable for you now.
As for other questions and suggestions, I have sent letters to the e-mail you provided here. There were no answers. I used website contact form today and sent a copy to that e-mail again.
Q: Where are the produced images? / how to generate with one of the backgrounds?
Quick question: is there a way to retrieve the formerly produced imagery? I made some pics that I liked but closed the site. Reopening today, there is no way to retrieve them somewhere? If not please add a "history" section.
2) you made some nice looking backgrounds (not AI Templates) is there a way to make them connecting each other. E.g. with good lighting etc. Same question goes with the props. Good idea, but I would need it to merge them eventually not just sitting there like a collage.
Retrieving Produced Images: Right now there isn't a way to retrieve previously created images after leaving the site. We understand how useful a "history" or "saved projects" section would be, and this is something we're going to add in the future. If you know the time you did the generation we can recover it within 14 days....
Hi, I tried the tool to generate some product images, I can see for small images i.e. bottles this would work really well. For us, we sell bulky items i.e. beds; sofa's and AI is actually adding legs to the products even though we added negative prompts. Is there a fix to this? Many thanks
Thanks for your feedback! We’re updating each template to better recognize and follow the shape of bulkier products like beds and sofas. In the meantime, you can try these tips:
1. Increase the Strength of Negative Prompts: Adjust the strength of the negative prompt to help the AI better follow your instructions and minimize unwanted elements.

I really want to like this product. If I simply upload product images and choose a background, it works quite well, but it seems to still have many issues.
1) The UI has many bugs, and the interface is confusing in several areas. The UX isn't great either; many things require multiple clicks to select, or there are ineffective clicks.
2) The dashboard seems to have many materials, but they are not visible in the studio editor, including A.I. Props, backgrounds, etc. Even after I selected them to my cart, I cannot proceed to checkout.

Hi,
