Super easy to implement
I actually had boei but returned it because it slowed down the site.
To be frank its not hard to code and impement but when you want it for multiple websites having a pre-made widget helps.
Adding rush widget didn't affect by site speed,so kudos to team for that.
Probably my only concern would be with its design which i believe will be bettered over the time.
