In case of bug tracking, if you track bugs using our Chrome extension, then your clients will also need to download our Chrome extension. On the other hand, if you install the project's snippet code inside your site, then your clients (or anyone else) with the link can comment without even needing a ruttl account - no login or signup needed.

In case of website feedback project, your clients won't need a ruttl account to add comments.
