hello guys, is this coming back?
Product no working, and Support also not working. A Wordpress Website I submitted was rendered to a mess on Ruttl system, those who bought a code are welcome to plug the site in, and see for yourself, comeby.io, its a complete mess. And I tried to get help everyway I can, but no answers from Website chat, website form, and direct support email (the one they keep saying, pls email us if bla bla bla), zero reply. Even question on Appsumo, no reply. I think I am echoing many of the sumoling's concern here, that their future support will be very sus as well.

I want to try this, but our app is also on iOS. Will this plan allow us to use the mobile feedback for a game coming out on iOS? I know your site says iOS support coming soon. If I buy this, I want to make sure that’s included.
I find Ruttl to be a very good application. I have a few questions: Does it work for websites only or can I also attach PDF or JPG files? This is important to us as we deal with both web design and graphic design. Also, I would like to know if you have any plans to come back to AppSumo in the future.
