May 14, 2024A: Hi Mat, thanks for submitting your query. Here's a quick clarification between the three:
Admin - They hold the topmost account limit with all permissions. Additionally, admins are present in all the projects (by default) created by any user.
Collaborators/Users - The users are the ones, whom you add to your project with different access levels, like:
View, Comment or Edit access on Web
Comment access on Mobile, or
Agent or Member access in Chat
Guests - They can review your projects without the need of signing up or logging in. All they need to submit is their name for identification purpose while adding comments.

Team members & Admins is the same thing, i.e. same level of access.
And collaborators & users is also the same thing.
