This product has been a nightmare. It started off ok but quickly got buggy. The devs aren't supportive and announced features that never materialized. As of today the app now doesn't work at all.
A Wordpress Website I submitted was rendered to a mess on Ruttl system, those who bought a code are welcome to plug the site in, and see for yourself, comeby.io, its a complete mess. And I tried to get help everyway I can, but no answers from Website chat, website form, and direct support email (the one they keep saying, pls email us if bla bla bla), zero reply. Even question on Appsumo, no reply. I think I am echoing many of the sumoling's concern here, that their future support will be very sus as well.
After testing ruttl for a few days, here are my observations:
1. the product is filled with bugs, half the websites i tried didn't load. this is super disappointing considering this product has been operational for years 2. support is non existent. They replied once by saying "tell us how can we help you" and that's after i sent multiple messages explaining the issues I was facing. 3. When you sign up, you get an automated email from the founder. I replied to her asking for support and never go an answer. Even the founder is not concerned about sumolings. 4. custom branding is basic. Definitely not to whitelabel. Text Preview is not working for custom domain. When you enter the custom domain on whatsapp or facebook, it shows ruttl logo, icon and text. 5. One of the website I tried to add said that ruttl was suspicious of malware and blocked it. Support did not reply to my request to address this issue.
The product no doubt addresses a market need, however it does not deliver on its promise. The absence of reply from anyone that works at ruttl is a big red flag.
I can’t express how much ruttl has transformed my web design workflow. With ruttl, I no longer rely on lengthy email threads or confusing screenshots to understand client feedback. Commenting and live editing have made the process crystal clear by eliminating ambiguity. We’ve also seen quick turnaround times in our projects, thereby leading to improved client satisfaction.
Customer support is excellent. If you have any technical issues or want to provide feedback, just schedule a meeting on ruttl’s calendar with the support team, and one of their specialists will be there to help you.
I can’t recommend ruttl enough, especially for designers looking to be organized, productive, and provide exceptional customer experience for their clients!

I was looking for a feedback tool for some websites I am building. This looked like it ticketed the boxes but doesn't make the cut.
Pros - UI is great, best in it's class - Easy to use - Ability for clients to edit live text is great
Cons - Live Website Review, my site did not load correctly with elements all over the place. - Static Website screenshot did also not display correctly (works fine in normal browser). - Reached out to support, no answer in almost a week, tried 2 support channels. - Clients unable to review on a mobile - Many clients are on the go and a simple mobile website with comment feature is a must. Even if the full edit/multi-screen size is restricted to desktop. - Poor limits, 10 projects is small and upgrades are quite a big jump in price. - Collaborators shouldn't need to register, just let them enter email address and name for quick login, far too complex for people who are not creating projects. (I understand guest sharing but nice to have more features).
Really wanted to like this app, but will be refunding and going else where. The lack of support is a deal breaker.

Disapointing
