My clients love love Ruttl
Before Ruttl, I was submitting dozens of site pages I designed on a Google Sheets file and was asking clients to upload Loom videos as comments within the cell. Who has time to watch dozens of Loom videos essentially asking to make a minor tweak? I’ve tried other feedback tools, and as feature rich as they were, they were simply not user friendly for my clients. In comes Ruttl to the rescue!
Ruttl is fast, efficient, user friendly, and so so easy to use for my clients. I don’t know how I ever lived without it.
I did have trouble activating my license tier, and support seemed unable to help. I even told them submit a 1 star taco due to the glitch. Maybe it was a SumoDay glitch. I ended up making it work somehow after a few tries. My sincerest apologies for my impatience.
If you run a web design agency, Ruttl is a great addition to your arsenal.

Thanks a lot for your positive feedback and I apologize that we couldn't get back to you within time. To be very candid with you our launch date got shifted by a week and we couldn't get much time to fix the minor bugs. Moreover, this was the first we encountered this many activities on the product that we weren't ready to handle such pressure. Thankfully we are learning fast and becoming better day by day and would surely make ruttl better and better.
P.S: We removed ruttl(powered by) branding from tier3 and By Sunday we are removing the login requirement from shared links so your clients can now share feedback without any login.
