Non responsive support, filled with bugs
After testing ruttl for a few days, here are my observations:
1. the product is filled with bugs, half the websites i tried didn't load. this is super disappointing considering this product has been operational for years
2. support is non existent. They replied once by saying "tell us how can we help you" and that's after i sent multiple messages explaining the issues I was facing.
3. When you sign up, you get an automated email from the founder. I replied to her asking for support and never go an answer. Even the founder is not concerned about sumolings.
4. custom branding is basic. Definitely not to whitelabel. Text Preview is not working for custom domain. When you enter the custom domain on whatsapp or facebook, it shows ruttl logo, icon and text.
5. One of the website I tried to add said that ruttl was suspicious of malware and blocked it. Support did not reply to my request to address this issue.
The product no doubt addresses a market need, however it does not deliver on its promise. The absence of reply from anyone that works at ruttl is a big red flag.
