Q: Hmm...no answer from support
Hi,
I have emailed the app several times and have not heard back. The software remains quite good, although my dashboard looks different than what is shown making me think I do not have access to all the tools shown in AppSumo although I am on a tier 4 plan. Also, my Kanban boards to not work. Given that I emailed 11 days ago and have no response, I am posting in here to hope to get resolution on my issues.
