Save your money. I jumped onto tier 3, thinking it could help with long-term SEO.
Right away, I had questions and issues. Broken links in the dashboard, typos on the website, lack of useful documentation, unintuitive interface, etc.
I emailed support a list of questions, comments, and concerns I had. Three weeks later, no response - even after I followed up a second time.
Clearly, they don't care, which is fine; I could live with sub-par support - if the AI-generated content and underlying tool are worth the cost of entry.
I do like the overall concept and idea. Hook into GSC, find low-ranking content ideas, and use an AI helper to help draft content. In theory, sounds good, right?
Unfortunately, the generated content leaves a lot to be desired. Articles are thin, they don't tap into recent knowledge (it wrote an 'seo trends for 2024' article), and it requires a lot of additional editing.
Which, again, would be tolerable if the underlying base and application was halfway decent.
You can't get it to generate an article on any topic, you can't modify the content brief, you can't regenerate an article, you can't give it any prompts, etc. What it spits out is what you get. There may have been some inputs or tricks I missed, but again I don't have time to struggle through it.
I have no idea what "XX keyword research per month" means - another question I asked support, but received no answer on.
It's just a lackluster product. Again, with a UI/UX pass across the dashboard, clearer documentation, and a better AI writer, it might be worth considering sometime in the future.
I liked the kanban board, and how that was arranged, so there's that.
However, at this stage, it's not yet ready for prime time.
I ended up refunding it after my emails to support were unanswered.
Too bad. Wanted to like it, but it fell far short - especially when there are so many similar tools out there.
