Annoying Emails --> SalesBlink Lifetime account data is queued for deletion!
I have tier 4 and it is most annoying product so far on Appsumo due to this below policy. I bought a lifetime unlimited deal. Why delete my data whether I'm using it or not for few months? As small business it is the most annoying feature we have to deal with. Rating 1 TACO for this reason here.

But since we offer Unlimited email sending + Unlimited Contact uploads for our Lifetime deal holders who have been with us for 5+ years at this point, things started to pile up.
We have users with millions of uploaded leads/contacts who have not logged in since years.

SalesBlink has come back online and seems to be functioning normally. This is one of the downfalls of using AppSumo. These applications are developmental and often under work. The biggest complaint that I would say is there was no notice of the outage sent to customers. This makes it seem like a rug pull occasionally. For the Founder: when you have outages that last more than 30 minutes, it should become standard practice to alert users. Given you have a place to promote features in the app, it would be very powerful to also update on outages here with estimated timelines to restore service.
I'm leaving this review to warn other potential buyers. The SalesBlink platform is currently non-functional due to several critical, unaddressed issues.
My experience has been:
Broken SMTP Integration: The main reason I purchased this was for email outreach, but the SMTP integration has been completely broken for going on 10 days. This makes the entire app pointless.
Non-Working List Verification: The feature to verify email lists does not work.
Lackluster Email Drafter: Even the more basic features, like the email drafter, are poorly implemented and unimpressive.
You are essentially paying for a nice-looking interface with no practical function behind it.
What's most concerning is the consistent JavaScript error showing that their logging service has "exceeded their quota." This gives the strong impression the company is having serious operational issues. I would advise against purchasing this until there is clear evidence the product is functional.

System Consistently Crashing, Full of Bugs
Where do I start... I had high hopes for this product. The positive reviews here were fantastic. My experience with SalesBlink has not matched these rave reviews. And if you look at the reviews on other platforms, you'll see I'm not alone.
SalesBlink platform goes down several times a week. As I'm writing this review I can't login.
Their email warmup platform sends spam and junk, and I'm convinced it's harmed rather than helped my deliverability. My emails were constant getting disconnected from the warm up system because my servers were blocking the junk warm up emails and sketchy sending domains that they're using in their warm-up pool. Support tried to explain that it was my email addresses causing the problems and they had to disconnect them to stop negatively impacting deliverability of the warmup pool. I get that that in theory but looking over the hundreds of errors in the bounced emails, it would seem that it's the sending emails causing these errors.
I was told it's not a big deal, they'll get reconnected again "in a few days or a week". I must mention I have these emails warming up in a different system (also bought here) and I haven't received a single error or bounced email from their system.
Today I got 13 emails telling my my tracking domains have all been disconnected. No explanation. Well that was enough for me.
I can't review the actual email sequence function because I can't get through the errors and bug-ridden warmup process to feel confident enough using this on a list of valuable leads.
You only get one chance to make a first impression and based on my first impression of SalesBlink, I wouldn't trust them to help me make a first impression with any client or prospect.
