Q: Looks like a robust tool
Interested in getting top tier, but have a few questions. I signed up for your demo on your site to have a look at the features and ChatBot training.
1. Correct me if I'm wrong, but the ChatBot knowledge base and prompt training capabilities seems a bit limited. It appears there's a site map link, 8000 word Text, a few link upload options, and only three FAQ's. Wondering if there's the ability to upload more documentation such as PDF's or the like? Also if there's advanced prompting options?
2. Is there the ability for Rich Cards with the Chat as well. to show products?
3. Is there full white labeling available not just on front end, but backend dashboards for clients to access? Possibly a custom domain?
4. Is there the ability to have multiple workspaces / dashboards / accounts for clients to login if needed?

1. Regarding the text limit, we are in the process of increasing it to 100MB upload and adding the option to upload PDFs for enhanced training capabilities. Yes, we currently have three floating FAQs to make it easy for customers to find answers directly within the chat interface.
2. The rich cards feature for displaying products is currently under development and will be available soon.
3. We do offer full white labeling, including backend dashboards and a custom domain, but these features are part of our enterprise package and not included in the AppSumo deal.
4. The ability to have multiple workspaces/dashboards for client logins is also available but is part of our enterprise package.
