A: Each chatbot request uses message credits, and when actions like scheduling or submitting a review are enabled, more credits are used due to the multiple steps involved.

Example:
If a user asks to book a meeting and submit a review, the chatbot may:

Check calendar availability.
Respond with available times.
Submit a review.

These steps mean 3x the credits are used for the selected actions.
