Q: 2FA and international locations issue?
Hi Craig, in response to a review, you mentioned "there are some known issues with 2FA in certain international locations." Could you specify which locations, and whether this will be resolved? I assume this is related to login security?

May 5, 2025A: Thanks for your question! 2FA is used for logon/access security. It works in United States and Canada. We are working to add support for Europe, Australia and South America.

Thanks for your question! 2FA is an optional feature for logon security that each account can turn on and off. This is currently supported in the USA and Canada. We are working to add support for Europe, Australia and South America.
