Thanks for this article. Our small non-profit currently uses Hubspot and we have outgrown our non-profit package (they provide a 10 seat license for non-profits) and we cannot afford to upgrade. We're eyeballing the Tier 4 plan.. I just need to make sure that the number of seats will get us through the next 5 years so we're not scrambling again to come up with a CRM solution.
