Q: Recruitment Needs
Hi, I run a one man show tech recruiter here in Australia.
I have been playing with trial. Few questions.
1) I have created 2 groups (Clients and Candidates). I can't seem to find a way to move all contact I have imported into either group. Can't see anywhere an option to do this. Any ideas ?
2) Do you have any clients who use your platform as a CRM for recruitment ?
3) What is the limit on number of records for Tier 1 ? Not sure what 2.5GB means in terms of records ?
4) What are the automation rules that come with higher Tiers ? Is this related to campaigns ?

1) If you lookup for instance, Clients. Then Make This My Lookup, the click Edit List (top left) - here you can assign all contacts in your lookup to a Group.
2) Yes, lots of recruiters are using SalesNexus!
3) There are no limits on number of contacts in any Tier :-)
4) Automation rules trigger Campaigns automatically when a given contact meets the criteria that you set in the Automation plan.
Thank you. For question 1 - So you suggest creating a contact and then assinging it to a group each time ?
I just can't figure out how to create a dropdown called "Candidates" anywhere to differentiate clients from candidates.
Jose.Perez: On the main contact screen on the left go to the Status Field and add both Client and Candidate to the list. Then just select the correct entry for the correct contact type. Once you have done this then you can create a group and add the status type to each group. Example Status = Client would be for the client group and Status = Candidate for the Candidate group.
Jose.Perez: Then your groups can automatically have contact membership in each group when you create or edit a contact and it matches the status type or when you import contacts that match.
If you go to Settings > My Settings - you can change your time zone.
Thank you ! Two more questions ... 1) Despite me going to settings and changing dates to dd/mm/yyyy ... all my screens still display mm/dd/yyyy. Can this be changed ? 2) Is there a free call phone number or whatsapp number I can call from Australia for support ? Thanks again.
Yes, there are some pages where the date format is not respected but, we've fixed that in our most recent sprint and so the support team will be getting you a hot fix very soon.
We do not have toll free support numbers for outside of the US but, you can always email support@salesnexus.com and you'll find the response very proactive.
Thanks Craig and your support team is fantastic I had a call with them today. One question I forgot to ask ... given I am in Australian time zone ... I can't seem to get the reminders to work correctly. All reminders seems to be in US timezone. Assume this is something that can also be fixed ? Thanks again !
