Q: web form to capture leads and trigger sequence
Is it possible to create a web form that I can embed on my site to capture email leads and trigger a email sequence?

Are the fields configured in SalesNexus?
Yes and also in your form. Basically, you just build your form with any fields you need in the form. Then within SalesNexus we create any fields necessary to match those fields in your form. (of course, the basic fields like name, email, etc. are already in the system). Then within SalesNexus, there is a wizard that allows you to map fields in your form to fields in SalesNexus.
