Bugs and terrible UX
tried the CRM for 24 hours, and the first thing I noticed is that it's not user-friendly. I struggled a lot with basic tasks. Additionally, I encountered a few very annoying bugs. I was unable to add a tag or a note to a lead—the button turned red on hover, but nothing happened, despite having no ad-block extensions. I contacted support but received no response, so I initiated a refund.
