Not a good purchase if you are not in the US

As a UK-based user, I’ve found SalesNexus to be heavily geared toward US customers — and unfortunately, not user-friendly at all for international clients. Basic functionality like adding a Honest Review from a UK-Based Customer:

While I managed to add dropdown fields to customize certain areas, the system still has locked fields like “State” and “Zip”, which are US-only terms. In the UK, we use "County" and "Postcode", and it's frustrating that these can’t be adjusted.

Expect to spend a lot of time learning the platform, and don’t rely on YouTube — the tutorials are mostly outdated and in some cases include presenters eating or making noise, which is incredibly unprofessional when you’re trying to learn complex software.

I’ve submitted two support requests, but being based in the UK, I’ll likely only get help the next day due to the US time zone — again, this highlights that this product is not designed with UK clients in mind.

Frankly, I’m disappointed in AppSumo for promoting this tool without any clear indication that it’s primarily built for US businesses. If I don’t find some solid, beginner-friendly training soon, I’ll be moving on to a more UK-appropriate and intuitive platform like Zoho.

I gave it 1 STAR but AppSumo puts it to 2. Wow, I wont take the ratings seriously anymore!

Been asked via SalesNexus to MANUALLY delete all the US info.

DO NOT PURCHASE THIS SOFTWARE UNLESS YOU ARE FROM THE US, or are so board and want to help them correct a CRM system. I have not only wasted over $279 but lots of time on somthing that I am now going back to excel as it does a better job, and will look at Zoho or similar, somthing that is catered to the UK market.

Most decent CRMs should auto-update the “State” field based on the selected country, so if you select UK, it should let you choose from a UK list like:

Surrey

Greater London
...instead of forcing you to delete “Alabama to Wyoming” like it’s still 2002.

Workaround: Rename the “State” field label to “County/Region” if allowed, and just manually type it (but that’s clunky and error-prone).

Use custom fields: If SalesNexus lets you add your own dropdown field, create a new one called “UK County” and ignore the default "State" field.

Consider alternatives: If you're still early in setup, I can suggest a few UK-friendly CRMs that are way more flexible and modern.
