Robust, All-Encompassing CRM

As a solo-preneur managing multiple aspects of my business, I needed a CRM that could do it all—and SalesNexus has exceeded my expectations. It’s not just a CRM; it’s a complete sales and marketing powerhouse that helps me stay organized, save time, and grow my business.

Here’s what stands out to me:

Comprehensive CRM: Managing leads, automating busywork before calls, and enriching contacts with data are all seamless. The Outlook/Google integration is solid and ensures my workflow stays connected across platforms.

Call-Tracking Features via Integration: While SalesNexus isn’t a calling system itself, its integration with RingCentral (and GotoConnect as well, I believe) makes call tracking incredibly efficient. I can click to dial, log call details like duration outcomes and notes, and keep a detailed history of client communications—all without leaving the CRM.

Pipeline Management: The platform makes it easy to visualize where each lead is in the sales process and manage opportunities effectively. I can update stages, prioritize deals, and monitor progress with ease.

Sales Opportunities Functionality: This tool allows me to focus on deals that matter most by tracking potential revenue and ensuring no opportunity slips through the cracks.

Advanced Segmentation: SalesNexus lets me drill down into my contact database to segment leads by the most specific criteria imaginable. This level of detail ensures I’m targeting the right people with the right message.

Customizable Contact Records: One of my favorite features is the ability to customize individual contact records while I’m talking to prospects. I can select dropdown elements from lists that identify specific aspects about the contact—like their business type, lead source, pain points, or any other custom field I create. This makes ultra-segmenting much easier and allows me to send highly targeted campaigns later on.

Marketing Automation: Setting up automated outreach sequences with emails, texts, and phone call reminders has significantly improved lead nurturing and helped me stay top-of-mind with prospects.

Customizable Dashboards: The ability to create dashboards to track KPIs has been invaluable for monitoring progress and staying focused on goals—even as a solo operator!

The Support: Anytime I've got stuck, their team has been right there with me, providing quick and helpful guidance to keep things running smoothly. PLUS, Craig has LIVE training twice per week, where you can actually speak and ask a question, instead of being limited to just typing in the chat box, like when in other live calls. Lastly, if you type your problem into their support chat widget, they direct you to RELEVANT guides that are helpful and can address your problem right away.
