Here is my initial review, I'll update on the issue I list below: I've looked at a lot of crm and automated marketing systems, and this promises to hit the sweet spot between being simple enough to get my staff to actually use it and the robustness to allow me to easily capture and track the info I need for my stakeholders and create communications to them.

Several people have mentioned this, but I want to also highlight: Craig and his team provide outstanding support (I'm writing this as I listen to a training session and q&a that Craig is hosting). The best support I have experienced with offers here on Appsumo.

Another positive is this is not a startup. It has been around for a number of years and has some robust development and existing client base behind it.

I have run into a roadblock with my set up having to do with email integration and Craig and his support team have been excellent with letting me know the status of resolving this (which largely depends on a third party so this is mostly waiting on them to work through their internal processes). I'll update when this is resolved.

Bottom line, this is definitely a 'try this out' recommendation.
