A: You can create different Segments for each website. There is no 'workspace' type offer yet.

The data is collected in a global space but you can switch to a single website view with a filter provided in the Dashboard.

1. Since we have to process every IP then we take into account every IP address.
2. pre-payment is not possible. This special add-on will be charged on a usage basis.
3. You will have to add a payment method on a customer portal. Every 2nd of the month the system calculates the usage and will create an invoice for you that will be automatically deducted from the payment method.

You will find a button that says 'ISPs included' you can toggle it and get back to the normal view.

Thank you for your kind words.

Features and computations provided in the Growth plan take up a lot of our resources, so it's less likely that it will be a part of an LTD as it needs continuous reinforcement of time and resources from our side.

Upgrading later to the Growth tier as-it-s won't be possible as the LTD and premium plans are not convertible as we will have to weigh in what exactly you want to use from the Growth tier. We can provide selected features as an add-on, please open a support query, and we can discuss.

Also, we are bringing something exciting in the near future about cookie-less tracking, cross-domain tracking, server-side tracking, and AI-based lead qualification. We will plug it into Salespanel 2.0, and if the community here likes us, we would plan an additional offer back.

2. Yes you can do that using custom attributes. Core fields that we manage on our side are not updatable yet, but that will also change soon. Though custom attributes achieves the most part of it.

3. It depends. If you want it for your business purpose then yes, by default we release it on the API. If you want it to 'hash' it after processing, we can do that.

4. $3 per 1000 visitors :)

Q: How do you count visitor?

Based on? If somebody visits my website multiple times from the same IP address how do you count that? Also how about if the same visitor visits my website but from another device (mobile)? Are you able to merge this user as 1? Because he might visit my website from different devices, sources etc.

A: Good question!

We count based on a pixel that we install in the device. So if a lead is identified one then it will be one person across multiple devices, but if it's an unknown person it will be multiple people depending on the number of devices.

We are very soon coming up with a visitor hash-based (with cookie and without cookie) tracking that will enable cross domain and cross browser tracking and it's going to be very powerful.

We block bots out of the box, no questions about that. You can also block countries and URLs.

This is not a tool for sales tracking (in sales pipeline sense, yes I know the tool name might be confusing :) ). It's a tool for customer journey tracking: Tracking your inbound traffic on the website, lead activities in newsletters by capturing events, or from mobile apps or from the rest API, by creating segments or triggers picking up qualified ones from the criteria or notifying your sales team in real-time about these leads.
