Thank you for showing interest. We are grateful to have such requests for recalls over and over on this platform.
I cannot promise but if there is enough momentum and we have enough feature upgrades that can be packaged under Salespanel 2.0, we would definitely give it one more try. Thank you very much for your support.
Oh, there's definitely enough momentum, as the reason I'm asking here is there's a lot of people on Facebook groups that have just found out about your product and are hoping it comes back for a quick flash sale!!
Yes 'workspaces' or 'projects' are on our roadmap certainly. The release timeline is not clear yet. I can post you back in the next quarter. Please feel to reach out through the support portal.
Q: 1.
with the module ip and enrechisement, do you take into account the discovered ip or the identified companies or both? 2. Can we make a pre-payment on paypal? 3. Would it be possible to activate the payment at each overrun via the dashboard?
1. Since we have to process every IP then we take into account every IP address. 2. pre-payment is not possible. This special add-on will be charged on a usage basis. 3. You will have to add a payment method on a customer portal. Every 2nd of the month the system calculates the usage and will create an invoice for you that will be automatically deducted from the payment method.
is it possible to track only a url or a subdomain? 2. on the interface i have the ip anonymized, can we have the possibility to see the ip like on the loom video : loom.com/share/f39d995850344d178308ffe8883c4008 3. How can we activate the module ip companies identified?
Sheesh $200 a month, is there anyway to create a % discount for Sumolings? After watching a few videos online Lead scoring omitted from the deal kinda sucks. And, $200 monthly is quite pricey. Anyway to cut that in half for early adopters/LTDs?
You also mentioned IP add on is included (hooray!)
365 of data retention - $1 per 1,000
Is there anything else eliminated prospective buyers should be aware of, if so can you inform of us of the possibilities, if any of purchasing those omitted features?
Also, Growth Plan...is it possible to subscribe to a discounted monthly fee for LTD investors? On the site its $499 monthly :-O lol, any possibility of graciously granting an upgrade for $99 monthly to Appsumo buyers ( :-D just a thought)?
"I would subscribe"
Apologies for all the questions, considering a full stack...
Lead Scoring and features offered in the Growth tier are highly resource intensive. In order to provide you with real-time scoring even for anonymous visitors, our servers constantly monitor your traffic in real-time and relay scores to your website sessions and through webhooks. That’s why it’s a premium offering and needs constant reinforcement. I am afraid but the add-on pricings that we have offered here are always subsidized.
>Is there anything else eliminated prospective buyers should be aware of Nothing as such. I believe this LTD is actually a steal deal to get started on a data-driven marketing framework and introducing first-party data management for any size of business. I can guarantee that many businesses will realize the same fact in hindsight. You can scroll through this comment thread to explore more that would be best to learn more objections and our standpoint on that. We are very focused on core features and not worrying about a huge lineup of integrations (we do have APIs and raw webhooks), that is something you would notice as well.
Q: Hi,
If price was not a big factor, What's the difference between this and clickcease?
Can you connect this with google ads and block bad traffic with segmants?
A: Salespanel.io and ClickCease are different tools with distinct purposes. Salespanel.io is a lead tracking and analytics tool primarily designed for B2B/B2C sales and marketing teams. It focuses on identifying and qualifying leads based on visitor behavior, providing visitor-level analytics, and integrating with CRM platforms to streamline the sales and data-driven marketing process. Salespanel.io does not offer ad fraud detection or protection services.
ClickCease, on the other hand, is a click fraud detection and prevention tool. It specializes in monitoring and blocking fraudulent clicks on Google Ads campaigns, helping businesses save money on wasted ad spend. ClickCease does not provide the lead tracking and analytics features that Salespanel.io offers.
Regarding connecting Salespanel.io with Google Ads, while we don't offer a direct integration to block bad traffic or specific segments, you can use the data collected from Salespanel.io to optimize your Google Ads campaigns using UTM parameters! By analyzing visitor behavior and lead qualification data, you can make informed decisions about your targeting, bids, and overall campaign strategy to reduce the impact of low-quality traffic. However, Salespanel.io does not have built-in click fraud detection or prevention capabilities like ClickCease.
Please try now. It should work just fine. Please ignore the user interface warning of business email and just submit the form while redeeming the code.
Thank you. I was just able to sign up. The warning text under the email field still warned me that a business email was required as before. But this time I was able to ignore that text and click submit.
Q: Hi, you mention salespanel 2.
0 in the question below
Will appsumo purchasers be upgraded to it as part of the lifetime deal?
the reason I ask this question is that in the past some companies have upgraded their platform but not included LTD buyers in it
In context with the comment you are talking, Salespanel 2.0 is a work in progress of cross-domain and cookieless tracking. Yes, we will auto-upgrade AppSumo LTD customers once it's live.
We integrate with Pipedrive, Salesforce, Close.com. It will definitely integrate with Zoho (soon to be released). Salesflare, Copper: They are on our list.
Thinking about getting multiple stacks. Will there be another 3 days for appsumo plus members? Most deals stay for another 3 days for appsumo plus members, and many members do pick up deals at the last minute.
And really considering, although this has no weight on my decision. Are you guys considering the Growth Plan anytime in the future? Or is it possible to purchase an upgrade later on for Sumolings to access the Growth Plan via code or discount?
Features and computations provided in the Growth plan take up a lot of our resources, so it's less likely that it will be a part of an LTD as it needs continuous reinforcement of time and resources from our side.
Upgrading later to the Growth tier as-it-s won't be possible as the LTD and premium plans are not convertible as we will have to weigh in what exactly you want to use from the Growth tier. We can provide selected features as an add-on, please open a support query, and we can discuss.
Also, we are bringing something exciting in the near future about cookie-less tracking, cross-domain tracking, server-side tracking, and AI-based lead qualification. We will plug it into Salespanel 2.0, and if the community here likes us, we would plan an additional offer back.
The strain on your resources is a well understood reason for neglecting an LTD. I do like the suggestion of add-ons. As there are a few features I see on your Growth Tier that would be worth the add-on depending on the pricing structure. Would it be considered a monthly, quarterly or annual fee and would it be discounted @ 50% for sumoling :-)
I figured I'd ask the questions here since guys are leaving soon. Maybe these will benefit the community. Your response about cookie-less tracking, cross-domain tracking, server-side tracking and AI-based lead qualifications sound quite impressive. Especially based on what you guys already offer. My only issue is you state "if the community here likes us, we would plan an additional offer back".
Does that mean Sumolings who purchase the deal currently, will not have access to Salespanel 2.0 or they will have to pay for an upgrade? Seems a little disheartening, I could deal with not having the Growth Tier plan with your addon suggestion. But that statement was a bit deflating, did I read it wrong?
> My only issue is you state "if the community here likes us, we would plan an additional offer back".
Apologies if you felt that way!
Of course, we will upgrade existing AppSumo customers to upgrades :) The 2.0 will be for new customers. We meant for 'new customers'. 🙏
Q: 1) Can we add custom fields to leads?
2) Can we update/enrich lead data via an API? 3) Does the lead data include their IP address(es)? 4) If the numbers of visitors exceeds the plan, can we purchase extra add-ons? If yes, what's the pricing?
A: Please find my answers inline. Great set of questions btw.
1. Yes, definitely you can add. We call them attributes: Have a look: https://support.salespanel.io/hc/en-us/articles/4409456879769-Send-custom-visitor-attributes-to-Salespanel-and-use-the-data-in-segments-scoring-and-reporting-
2. Yes you can do that using custom attributes. Core fields that we manage on our side are not updatable yet, but that will also change soon. Though custom attributes achieves the most part of it.
3. It depends. If you want it for your business purpose then yes, by default we release it on the API. If you want it to 'hash' it after processing, we can do that.
Based on? If somebody visits my website multiple times from the same IP address how do you count that? Also how about if the same visitor visits my website but from another device (mobile)? Are you able to merge this user as 1? Because he might visit my website from different devices, sources etc.
We count based on a pixel that we install in the device. So if a lead is identified one then it will be one person across multiple devices, but if it's an unknown person it will be multiple people depending on the number of devices.
We are very soon coming up with a visitor hash-based (with cookie and without cookie) tracking that will enable cross domain and cross browser tracking and it's going to be very powerful.
We block bots out of the box, no questions about that. You can also block countries and URLs.
A: Salespanel.io can be an effective solution for B2C businesses selling high-ticket items as well.
While Salespanel.io is primarily designed for B2B companies, its features and capabilities, such as visitor-level analytics, real-time segmentation, and integration with CRMs, can still provide valuable insights and support for B2C businesses dealing with high-ticket items. The in-depth tracking and analysis of customer journeys offered by Salespanel.io can help you identify and engage with potential customers, optimize your marketing efforts, and ultimately drive sales for your high-ticket products.
Hi .. thanks for that .. we jumped straight in and it is very powerful .. feels like it would have been great even for low ticket items.. If you come back on AppSumo, I would take the B2B off .. Great analytics if you sell stuff to people online (not the best strap line I know).
A: Salespanel.io integrates with a wide range of popular CRM systems, including Pipedrive, Salesforce, Zoho CRM (work-in-progress), and Close.com. Our goal is to ensure seamless data transfer and compatibility with various CRM tools to enhance efficiency and collaboration between sales and marketing teams.
For CRMs that we don't have direct integrations with, Salespanel.io provides webhook support, Zapier integration, allowing you to send real-time data in a raw format to any system capable of receiving webhooks. This enables you to integrate Salespanel.io data into your CRM of choice, even if we don't have a native integration available. We also support REST API.
To pull specific data from Salespanel.io into your CRM, the CRM needs to support custom fields and webhook handling (if there's no direct integration available). Custom fields allow you to store and display Salespanel.io data within your CRM, making it easily accessible for sales reps and marketing teams. If the CRM has webhook support, you can use it to receive real-time data updates from Salespanel.io, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information is available for your team.
I hope this information is helpful. If you have any additional questions or need further clarification, please feel free to ask.

Salespanel.io is primarily designed for B2B businesses due to the nature of their sales cycles, which are typically longer and involve multiple touchpoints and stakeholders compared to B2C. If you'd like to know more about how Salespanel.io could benefit your specific B2C use case, please feel free to share more details, and we'll be happy to assist.
This is not a tool for sales tracking (in sales pipeline sense, yes I know the tool name might be confusing :) ). It's a tool for customer journey tracking: Tracking your inbound traffic on the website, lead activities in newsletters by capturing events, or from mobile apps or from the rest API, by creating segments or triggers picking up qualified ones from the criteria or notifying your sales team in real-time about these leads.
Yeah I got that part early on but I think the name is what through me off and I refused to believe there wasn't a sales part to it. Thanks for clarifying this for me.

It's a tool for customer journey tracking: Tracking your inbound traffic on the website, lead activities in newsletters by capturing events, or from mobile apps or from the rest API, by creating segments or triggers picking up qualified ones from the criteria or notifying your sales team in real-time about these leads.
Regards.

Yeah I got that part early on but I think the name is what through me off and I refused to believe there wasn't a sales part to it. Thanks for clarifying this for me.
