I have a few questions about integrations, especially for those of us who use CRM or marketing platforms that aren’t yet supported integrations, e.g. Sendinblue for email marketing, Nutshell CRM, Savvycal a growing calendly alternative, etc.
1. If you use an email marketing platform that isn’t integrated with salespanel yet, is there any way to still track lead activity from emails you send? If so, any documentation on how this would work?
2. Are webhook capabilities live now to make integrating with another crm besides pipedrive/close/Salesforce possible? I know there’s Zapier, but due to their recent plan changes and major price increases, we have moved to Make.com instead. Are webhooks or Make integration available?
3. If we purchase this appsumo deal, will it be possible to use a JavaScript api to identify a visitor e.g as documented on https://support.salespanel.io/hc/en-us/articles/900001761803-Identify-and-track-your-leads-on-Salespanel-data-platform-using-a-client-side-Javascript-method ? Is this function included in the appsumo plan?

1. Yes it's possible to track leads from email platforms that are not directly integrated with Salespanel. It's possible with sp_em URL parameter-based identity resolution. (Advanced: Apart from identifying and tracking leads from clicks of CTA URLs, if you want to import other activities like email opens or bounces, email vendors provide webhooks which can be sent to us and we can capture these events for you. We have a feature in progress which will provide you a general-purpose destination for this purpose, in the meantime please let me know your choice of tool if you want to capture advance events, we can get an endpoint for you.)
