Q: So this is sales tracking without the ability to use proposals?
I honestly don't see the point of a whole alternate tool to do what others with more features can. Please help me understand the concept here.

This is not a tool for sales tracking (in sales pipeline sense, yes I know the tool name might be confusing :) ). It's a tool for customer journey tracking: Tracking your inbound traffic on the website, lead activities in newsletters by capturing events, or from mobile apps or from the rest API, by creating segments or triggers picking up qualified ones from the criteria or notifying your sales team in real-time about these leads.

Yeah I got that part early on but I think the name is what through me off and I refused to believe there wasn't a sales part to it. Thanks for clarifying this for me.
