SalesRobot offers features like automated birthday wishes and congratulations on job changes or promotions. However, after getting Tier 2 I figured, that these features are not included for AppSumo customers. In light of this, I have a few questions to better inform my decision about staying with SalesRobot:

If these features are not included in the AppSumo Tier 2 packages, in which AppSumo SalesRobot plan are they available?
Are there any special offers, upgrades, or alternative solutions for AppSumo customers to access these features?
