May 14, 2024A: Closely is a decent product. But they seem like the kind of product that's trying to do too much with nothing great. Like one of those restaurants that serves Mexican food, French food, Indian and everything in between. You know it's not gonna be great cause it's simply impossible to do everything well. We focus on being GREAT at LinkedIn outreach with some basic email automation capabilities. We are not trying to be everything.
This is what that looks like from a feature perspective. We have:
1. ability to write hyper-personalized connection requests using AI (that get you into good conversations with prospects at the first touch)
2. ability to personalize follow ups with images in integration with Hyperise.com
3. Better inbox management e.g. if a prospect tells you to reach out in a month, you can schedule a sequence of follow ups 30 days from now
4. Better engagement of 1st degree connections: automated birthday wishes and congrats on job changes or promotions
5. Unlimited email accounts for email automation with 50 emails per day limit
