Q: Please can you add an image placeholder in messages that can take images from URLs including linkedin tags.
Would mean any image personalisation tool can be used, not just Hyperise

So you can just add the URL in the message body and it will load in their inbox from that URL

Thanks for the reply. How do I put an image url in SalesRobot messages? Is it just using the <img src=https://...> HTML? Is there a way to test/preview what this looks like?

OK, I tested this with one manually uploaded connection using the raw URL and the personalisation strings worked in the image, even custom ones I uploaded like domain which is fantastic, thanks for notifying!

What the ICING on the CAKE would be if any links in messages sent with Sales Robot had the option to be automatically shortened with Bit.ly (or another auto preview link shortener supported by LinkedIn). This would hide the base URL from the message but still show the image preview in LinkedIn. Would this be something you could do?
Custom link is not on our roadmap yet, but it's a good idea. we will consider it.
