Sales Robot helped us extend our reach through automated LinkedIn campaigns. What I really liked about it is you can generate a batch of campaign lists using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, then import these into your Sales Robot campaigns - but you do NOT need to keep the Sales Navigator subscription going once you have your data. Pretty neat!

This "tool", if you even can call it a tool, is not functioning since the beginning. I was trying to use it with multiple accounts, but only once it worked on semi-correctly. And for over four months those morons are telling me it will work "soon". I'm fkn done with being nice, I gave them the benefit of the doubt, but this is ridiculous.

What a waste of money. Do not even consider expecting it to work, it's a joke of a tool.

I am writing this review with a heavy heart and a great deal of disappointment. The Salesrobot software, which once showed promise, has now become a shadow of its former self.

Initially, the product functioned as advertised, providing a seamless experience that aided our sales operations significantly. However, the software has since taken a turn for the worse, with frequent malfunctions and a lack of reliability that is both frustrating and counterproductive.

To make matters worse, the once commendable support team has also taken a nosedive in terms of effectiveness. There was a time when they were prompt and helpful, but those days seem to be long gone.

The support team now appears to be stuck in a loop of empty promises. Every time an issue arises, we are assured that it will be resolved within 24-48 hours or over the weekend. Yet, these assurances never materialize into actual solutions, leaving us in a perpetual state of anticipation and frustration.

This lack of follow-through raises serious questions about the state of the technical team. One can't help but wonder if they are still operational or if they have abandoned ship, leaving the support team to make empty promises they cannot keep.

In conclusion, the Salesrobot software, has now become a source of frustration and uncertainty. However, I remain hopeful that the company will take these issues to heart and make the necessary improvements.

Until significant changes are made, I cannot, in good conscience, recommend this software to anyone. But I am optimistic that Salesrobot can rise from these ashes and reclaim its former glory.

Half of the functionalities have disappeared. I no longer have access to data enrichment or emailing. It looks like I'll have to upgrade to the monthly payment version to get back some of the features I had and paid for. All this without any warning (probably in case I hadn't realized). This is a shame.

No way it works for me. The only reason I am using a tool for outreach is when I can go along with my day and get a software send messages for me

If I had to have my laptop open and extension on the Chrome (Which is annoying because it keeps opening your LinkedIn in a new tab every time), I would better hire a VA and the features are very restricted for one-time AppSumo deal compared to their monthly users

This purchase, tool, and the gimmicks of this tool doesn't make any sense for me
