Also, I can't find anything regarding the 100 per day email limit, with google, we can certainly go beyond that. How can this be adjusted? When setting up the campaign, even if we add 101 or 300 emails, it resets back to 100.

You can often simply re-update the connection by simply sending out a new test email within the "my configurations'' settings of your email.

Concerning the limit, this relates to the no. of new contacts that will be enrolled in that campaign. When this setting is set at 100, it might send out a multitude of it (200,300.400.500) since this depends on your email sequence, the no. of follow-ups, and the delays between the follow-ups.
