We offer a company and contact database. Unlocking one company record in our company database (company info only), it will consume 1 company search credit.
Our second database, the contact search, gives you access to the actual individuals within all these organizations. Unlocking/exporting 1 contact, will cost 1 contact search credits, plus you get the full company info for free with the record.
The Toolkit credits are used for the following purposes: email verification (1 email verification, 1 toolkit credit), phone verification (1 phone verification, 1 toolkit credit), personalized images (1 impression, 1 toolkit credit) and for one-liners (5 toolkit credits, for 5 one-liner combinations - this will be reduced to 1 in our new look & feel).
A practical example related to the plan that you described:
- Company Search: you will be able to download every month 2000 company profiles (general company info, such as the official registry data including industy, tech-stack, general email addresses, socials, and more).
- The 2500 toolkit credits can be used for example to verify your own data (in case you have it). Or if you include image personalization, it will work for 2500 image impressions (2500 people opening your personalized image).
- 500 contact search credits will make it possible for you to download 500 direct contacts including direct emails.

please correct me if I am wrong , Considering the industry I work for, the contact credit will be much useful than rest of the features. just an opinion , if you could consider increasing the contact credit ( which is 500 at the moment ) , that will change the scene.
or may be I havent understood your tool so far, I have requested for a demo and I will see how that goes.

This definitely depends on your use case. We have a lot of organizations that are using Sales.Rocks for account-based sales, a perfect fit for our company search module. That said, it is indeed true that direct contact data (contact search) is in general pricier than company data.
