Q: I'm trying to delete a previous user to make space for a new employee.

However, when I select the user I want to delete, there is no option to delete their account/delete the user. This is making it very frustrating since I only have a select number of seats/users available on my current plan. How do I go about fixing this and getting the new user onboarded to replace the old one?
